RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY
Non-Refundable Deposit: To reserve a puppy, a non-refundable deposit of 750 EUR is required at the time of order submission.

Cancellation Window: The Customer may withdraw from the order without justification within 24 hours following the deposit payment. In this case, the deposit shall be reimbursed minus an administrative fee of 75 EUR.

After 24 Hours: If the withdrawal occurs more than 24 hours after the deposit payment, the 750 EUR deposit becomes strictly non-refundable to cover reservation, boarding, and administrative expenses.

Final Balance: The remaining balance of the Total Price must be settled either via Bank Transfer no later than 10 days before the scheduled shipping date, or in Cash on Delivery directly to the authorized courier upon receipt of the dog.
