How do I reserve a puppy?
To reserve a puppy, select the "Deposit" option on the puppy's page and click "Reserve Now". Once the €750 deposit is paid, the status will automatically update to Reserved, securing the puppy for you for up to 10 days.
Is the deposit refundable?
You can request a refund for your deposit if you withdraw within 24 hours of payment. Please note that a €75 administrative fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Additionally, a full refund is guaranteed if we are unable to fulfill the order for health reasons. Beyond the 24-hour window, the deposit is utilized to cover reservation and preparation costs.
When should I pay the remaining balance?
The balance must be paid via Bank Transfer no later than 10 days before shipping, or in Cash directly to the courier upon physical delivery of the dog.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cryptocurrency via Whitepay, Bank Wire Transfers, and Cash on Delivery for the remaining balance.
How much does international shipping cost?
Shipping rates start from €500 and are calculated individually based on your location. For your convenience, the final delivery cost is already included in the total price of your order, so you won’t receive any additional invoices for shipping.
What is the LuxeBreed Golden Shield™?
The LuxeBreed Golden Shield™ is an optional premium protection package available for €350. It is designed for clients who seek maximum peace of mind. While not mandatory, it provides an extra layer of security, including:

- 14-day Viral Protection: A comprehensive health guarantee for the initial period.
- 1-year Genetic Integrity Guarantee: Long-term assurance of your puppy's health.
You can choose to add this shield to your order during the final confirmation.
Who is responsible for the puppy during transit?
We assume full financial and legal responsibility for the puppy’s well-being until the moment it is handed over to you.
What documents are provided with the puppy?
Every puppy comes with a microchip, mandatory vaccinations, and a health screening. A standard pedigree is included if advertised, typically delivered within 2–5 months.
Can I return the puppy after delivery?
As live animals are considered "personalized goods," there is no right to return or refund once the dog is handed over, except for verified health breaches as defined in the GTC.
What if I have concerns about the breed purity?
We guarantee the breed as identified by the breeder. In case of a dispute, the only accepted evidence is a DNA parentage test (including both parents) completed at the Customer's expense.
